2. User Roles and Responsibilities
 Our platform provides services to multiple user roles, including Admins, GCP, GrowthMate, and Telecallers. Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities:

  • Admins: Manage users, approve requests, and oversee platform operations.

  • GCP: Manage leads, oversee GrowthMate, and earn commissions.

  • GrowthMitra: Submit leads and track their progress post-activation.

  • Telecallers: Handle lead interactions and update their status.

3. Account Registration and Access

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Access to services is restricted until user activation is completed.

  • The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Payments are processed via QR code, PhonePe, or direct bank transactions.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring successful payment completion.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Lead Management and Commission System

  • Leads are assigned and managed through the platform.

  • GCP earn commissions for successful transactions completed by their GrowthMate.

  • Lead transfers and remark logs are maintained for transparency.

6. Prohibited Activities
 Users must not:

  • Provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

  • Share confidential data of users or leads.

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • Users must ensure the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • The Company follows strict security measures to protect user data.

  • Misuse of personal data may result in legal action.

8. Termination and Suspension

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

  • Users may deactivate their accounts by submitting a request to the Admin.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage.

  • Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.

10.Legality  

All the terms and conditions shall be given as per Indian law. Any dispute arises, then it will be solved through arbitration proceeding, and judiciation will be in Jaipur.
